2471523 - Agentry iOS client version does not work on iPad Air with iOS 10.0.2 if application is reset or is a new install


  • Agentry client has been reset or is a new install
  • After entering ID and password, user is prompted with a pop-up box that says" Must Connect to Server"
  • User cannot tap 'OK' to proceed, effectively making the application frozen
  • The application can be swiped closed, but re-attempting the process yields the same results
