The Ship-From field in the line item is blank for some sales orders.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales Orders work center.
- Select the Sales Orders view.
- Select the sales order XYZ (XYZ represents the sales order ID).
- Edit the sales order and navigate to the Items tab.
- In line items the field Ship-From is not showing any value.
Fulfilment for this sales order is External and therefore the value is available in the Supplier field rather than in the Ship-From field.
This is a standard system behavior.
