Users are receiving an error similar to "You do not have access to mobile home because either session is invalid or mobile is disabled".
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
This error message is thrown when using the wrong mobile app for the environment the deivce is enrolled into, such as using a validated mobile app in a Standard environment or vice versa.
- Android is only availible for standard customers, since validated customers do not have a supported android client at the moment.
- iOS has mutlple versions (listed below).
For standard customers, these are their options today:
As an employee, use the regular SAP SuccessFactors app to get access to the leading cloud-based SuccessFactors HCM Suite including learning features.
For validated customers, these are their options today:
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning app (current version, iOS v. 3.1.3)
As an employee, use the SAP SuccessFactors Learning app to get access to learning features.
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Preview app (current version, iOS v. 5.0)
As an administrator, use SAP SuccessFactors Learning Preview app to review and prepare for the upgrade of the Validated LMS.
There is curently no android app availiable for validated customer yet.
Any App stated aboved that is used against an environment other than the intended environment stated, will not be supported as it will never had gone through validation testing for that environment. More details can be found in the Help portal (link).
