The number of Products in Products workcenter is not matching with the number of Products in Tickets (Items tab)
Reproducing the Issue
Products work center:
- Go to Products work center
- Check the number of Products
- Go to Service work center
- Select Tickets view
- Open any ticket and go to Products facet
- Select Add Products and go to Advanced Search
If the Sales status is blocked for a product then the product will not be available for assignment in Tickets whereas in the Products (All Products) work center, you can find all Products where you can filter only with header status.
This is expected system behavior.
It is not possible to filter the sales status in Products work center.
