2462126 - AS Java UI not reachable via HTTPS - ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID - Not Secure

Symptom

When access /irj/portal or /nwa with HTTPS protocol in fresh version of Chrome, "Your Connection is not Private" error occurs.

"NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID"

Other issue can be experienced if you see, however the SSL configuration is green in NWA and https connection works in each browser except or Chrome as it shows simply "Not Secure" message.

Same error can appear in Firefox with error "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER".
