2462107 - High Average Roll Wait time for Dialog task type in ST03


When checking system performance statistics in ST03 workload overview, average Roll wait time appears to be high(more than 200ms) for Dialog task type.

High roll wait time indicates communication problems, it could be problem with frontend communication or with expernal component.

1. Communication Problem with frontend

High GUI time(>200 ms) associate with high roll wait time indicates frontend communication problem.

2. High RFC time + High Roll Wait Time

Refer to KBA 2418936 - High RFC time: Performance troubleshooting to find out what is causing the delay on the recipients system

3. SAP Easy Access menus

SAP Easy Access menus are incorrectly configured and needs to be tuned OR users have been assigned disproportionately large user menus.
