When Position is the Leading Hierarchy, for some Job History imports, manager is decided by system and for other Job History imports, manager is NO_MANAGER.

Manager field in Job Information becomes blank when
- Position is the Leading Hierarchy in Admin Centre -> Position Management Settings -> Hierarchy Adaptation
- Manager field in the Job History import file has the value NO_MANAGER
- Position field in the Job History import file has the same value as the previous record or is NO_OVERWRITE
When Position is the Leading Hierarchy, Position Organization Chart decides who should be the Manager. However, if there is no change in the field Position by the import and the import file contains NO_MANAGER for Manager field, then the Manager becomes empty. To resolve the issue, the existing manager should be mentioned in the import file if there is no change in Position field.
