2461011 - Auto Renew for Renewal Agreement in the Activity Renewal and Cancellation for Customer Contracts is Greyed out


You have a requirement to Auto Renew the Active Renewal Agreement in the system but the option is Greyed out

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Overview view
3. Search for Renewal and Cancellation for Customer Contracts
4. Select Change Immediately


When you create a new Renewal Agreement and when it is in In Preparation only then you can check the box for Auto Renew. You also can't change Active Renewal Agreement to In Preparation.


The is the expected system behaviour.  After a Renewal Agreement is set to Active it cannot be changed anymore as otherwise it would cause inconsistencies in Contracts to which it was assigned already.

If you have any Renewal Agreement not assigned to any Contracts you can make those as Obsolete
