Your requirement is to migrate the Social Media User Profiles for Individual Customers, but you receive the below error during Simulation:
Enter a different user ID as this one already exists
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Business Configuration work center
- Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
- Search and Open the activity Migration of Social Media User Profiles
- Choose Migrate social media user profiles using the migration tool
- Execute Migration for the respective Migration File
- You receive the error message mentioned in the Simulation step
Individual Customer already has a record with social media profile information. You may find the existing social media profile in the Social Profiles tab in Individual Customer.
You cannot add duplicate information for Social Profile.
