When configuring outlook integration with interview scheduling, the following message appears:
"The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized"

This issue, as the error message says, is usually related to permission issues either on Exchange, Client or SAP side.
Issue may be related to the username/password used in the service account. The error message (The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized) is displayed when an invalid user credential is being used for authentication, therefore please review the credentials provided under "Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration". Notice the username format must be from the Account information of your Outlook settings. It may be be located in the user's Outlook account under File -> Office Account.
It is also important to mention that, as stated in the Recruiting Management Implementation Guide, the SSL certificate for HTTPS connections presented by the customer EWS server must not be self-signed. It must be from a recognized certificate authority such as VeriSign or Entrust (it would not work with GoDaddy, for example).
