Symptom
- When selecting the License Management tab under Change Management in SM_Workcenter the page times out with an error and the following dump is written to ST22.

An exception occurred that was not caught.
The exception 'CX_AGS_MK_RUNTIME' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along
the call hierarchy.
Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
adequately responded to, the running ABAP program
'CL_AGS_MK_LIC_MNGT============CP' has to be
terminated.

The occurrence of the exception is closely related to the occurrence of
a previous exception "CX_LMDB_OM_CIM_ERR", which was raised in the program

specifically in line 30 of the (include) program
"CL_LMDB_CIM_PERS_DB===========CM012".
