You are using the CRM WebClient UI with External Portal Integration and you notice several issues which don't happen with standalone CRM WebClient UI. This KBA takes two issues as examples. Both issues don't happen if the CRM WebClient UI is launched directly from the CRM system directly.
Issue 1: it is not possible to attach multiple files at a time
Issue 2: the message area can’t be opened via clicking the arrow button
