Software Provisioning Manager tool (SWPM) does not bring the option to install a new database software during the database instance installation, even selecting a DBSID that does not exist on the server. SWPM always shows a screen with two options: Install MCOD (Multiple Components in One Database) and Remove Database and Recreate.
