2445508 - Can LMS QR codes be generated manually outside of LMS?

Is there a way to generate the QR codes assigned to a user outside of the learning managment system? Such as using a QR generator, or some type of system in which the QR codes can be added to cards?

The QR codes are generated by the database system itself the code that is stored on the QR code is a system GUID generated for indexing long text data.

There is currently no way to predictably generate a QR code for users outside of the LMS
