When any of the Learning Hours reports are run, the Total Hours, Credit Hours, CPE Hours and Contact Hours can be blank and contain no data.

Reproducing the Issue
When admin users runs any of the Learning Hours reports, the columns which capture the hours totals are blank.
The items are External Events which are recorded manually via the 'Record Learning - Multiple' tool and the columns were not populated at the time of the item recording.
Therefore when the report is run, the columns in questions are blank.
