2443912 - Not Able to Find the Activity Migration of Workflow Rules in Business Configuration Work Center

Symptom

Your requirement is to migrate the Workflow Rules into the system. But the activity Migration of Workflow Rules is missing from Business Configuration Work Center.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview.
  3. Search for the activity Migration of Workflow Rules.
  4. Activity is not available.

Cause

The reason why the activity is not available is that, the below scoping question is not scoped in your system.

Do you want to migrate workflow rules?

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select Edit Project Scope button.
  4. Go to Questions section.
  5. Expand Built-in Services and Support.
  6. Business Configuration.
  7. Data Migration.
  8. Scope the question Do you want to migrate workflow rules?.
  9. Complete the scoping by selecting Confirm and Finish.
