In order to process and analyse issues in Output Management efficiently, we should gather the following information:
- Did you face issue while printing or while sending by e-mail.
- Affected Document ID examples.
- Is preview of document working fine.
- If the issue is related to printing.
- Operating System details.
- Printer Version.
- Printer Language used.
- Is customer printing using Virtual Environment. (Ex: citrix)
- Is this issue a general issue or does this only occur for a specific user (in this case please provide the user).
- If data is missing in form preview:
- Example ID of the document.
- Expected result in form preview.
- Check if data is passed in application XML.
- Form template is standard or customized
- Business Impact the issue has on your company or for your users.
