2440287 - MDF data change is effective though workflow is not approved

A workflow is pending for an MDF portlet data change, but the change is already effective in the portlet.

1. Make changes to an MDF portlet to trigger a workflow.
2. Save the changes.
3. Don't approve the workflow.
4. See that the changes are already effective in the portlet.

It's a configuration issue. The field "Pending Data" in the object definition is set to "No".

If you have chosen a workflow routing that involves an approval, and you want the data changes to take effect only if approved, set the field "Pending Data" to Yes. If the changes are not approved, the system rejects the changes. If data updates can be made without any approval via workflow, set this field to No.
