2438831 - HCI returns with "Inbound processing in endpoint failed"

Symptom

After testing the CO_PAOCF_EC_EMPLOYEE_MASTER_DA service, HCI returns with the following error:

Inbound processing in endpoint at /ERP_to_EC_EmployeeMasterDataReplicationConfirmation failed with message

"Fault: The given SOAPAction http://sap.com/xi/PASEIN/EmployeeMasterDataReplicationConfirmation_Out does not match an operation."
