2437612 - Wrong colours in rating scales

Rating scales are showing the wrong colour compared to the configured settings.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Rating Scale are configured with 1 as the lowest rating (RED) and 4 as the Highest rating (GREEN).
2. After the interview, under candidates ratings, the rating 4 is showing as RED, and 1 as Green
3. Note Reverse scale is not configured

This is an expected behaviour based on configuration

In order to resolve this, please ensure that the switch "'Rating Scale Order" is enabled in Provisioning under Company Settings. Once enabled, lower values are considered MORE favorable which means that higher values would be assigned red colours in the rating scales.
