2436277 - Troubleshooting for "No Systems Found" error and "Failed packages in error queue" in BPAnalytics in SAP Solution Manager 7.2


Within SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP03, Business Process Analytics key figures/KPIs have been configured, generated and activated but are not appearing within the Business Process Analytics application, and the following errors are displayed:

  • Within the Business Process Analytics application, starting a new analysis results in a "No Systems Found" message.
  • Within BPO Reporting Infrastructure Maintenance, the Twincubes Data Loader Status displays a "Failed packages in error queue" error message.
