2435646 - IBP: Mandatory attribute

In certain cases there can a requirement where-in the Combinations no longer relevant need to be deleted from both MD & KF tables in IBP.

Lets consider Customer-Product which is a compound MDT and planning level PERPRODCUST for explaination of the scenario.

Lets say I have a combination as below

Product  ID        Customer ID

IBP-100              Customer-1

IBP-100              Customer-2

If in future the combination IBP-100;Customer-1 becomes irrelevant then we should remove the combination from Customer-Product MDT/KF combination, then triggering the deletion either from MDT/KF combination should delete the combination from the other .Similar restriction should be applicable even while loading the data.

For example if we consider the same irrelevant combination and assume that the combination is already removed from the compound MDT and we have defined an attribute of the compounf MDT as mandatory in the planning area then in case we try to load the KF data for the same irrelevant combination then it should be rejected.

Similarly when we delete a combination from the compound MDT the same combination will be deleted from the planning level where the mandatory attribute is assigned
