There is duplicated information being generated for the users on Employee Profile Portlets.

In case you have a batch import job on the backend, this issue can be caused by lack of edit permissions to the Job Owner User. Please make sure to provide edit permissions for all the information that is being changed, with all employees as target population. In case the job owner does not have adequate permission, the Import Job will input data, but the existent data will be unchanged, even with overwrite option selected, thus causing the duplicated records.
Another possible cause for this issue is a batch import job on the backend, that is set to run everyday, being fed with the same file over and over on the SFTP, without the "Overwrite" option selected. To solve this, please make sure to request that the date is used on the filename when the job is created. By doing so, you'll have to upload the file to the SFTP server with the date (example12012017.csv) with the date format of your choice. This will prevent the same file from being imported twice, as the system will only take a file with the current date at the time of the import.
