2434950 - "You tried to build an invalid XML Structure" error when activating BPA Twincubes in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13

Within the Business Process Operations workcenter in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13, attempting to activate the Business Process Analytics Twincubes within the BPO Reporting Infrastructure Maintenance page results in the following error:

• "You tried to build an invalid XML Structure (termination: RABAX_STATE)".

Within transaction ST22, a shortdump with the following details and relating to the above error is found:
