2434391 - There are no access points for service error therefore Diagnostics Agents are not connecting to Solution Manager - 7.1 & 7.2

• Diagnostics Agents are not connecting to Solution Manager
• When installing Diagnostics Agent and registering in SLD you see following warning
• 
• You have following error in the Log Files
