2434124 - Notification: token {HiringManager} gives username and not full name.

Symptom

We have set up the Hiring manager new hire activities notification - N1. However, in the email when we user token {HiringManager} it gives username and not full name.

Resolution

If you use the token {HiringManager} in the notification, it will display the Hiring Manager Id, because the key is storing the hiring manager ID.

Please use below token attribute in the notification to show the first and last name of Hiring Manager

{user:HiringManager, objattr=firstname} {user:HiringManager, objattr=lastname}

If you also want to display the email Id then use : {user:HiringManager, objattr=email}
