2433925 - Compensation Plan Audit Activity Timeout Error

Timeout Error While trying to Generate Compensation Plan Audit Activity.

SuccessFactors Compensation

Login As Admin -> admin center -> compensation -> action for all plans -> select template ->manage worksheets -> compensation plan activity audit ->Select Generate Report without any Date Range or within range of 3 months.

Currently System timeout is set to 3 minutes. So If Audit table has huge number of records for example in terms of 100,000 records then system will not be able to process them within 3 minutes and will timeout.

In b1705, we are going to provide a job to process the audit export which can support a long running process.

So till release we would request you to query for data within small date range like for 3 days for data to be exported Successfully as a work around.

Note: This is applicable only for the instance which has huge number of audit activity records.
