Service Workcenter Missing for User in Responsive UI, But is Available in HTML5
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to Cloud for Customer RUI version.
- Try to navigate to Service Workcenter.
- You can observe that the Service Workcenter is missing.
The reason why you are not able to see the Service WCF view in RUI is because, the user does not have the correct Tickets WCV (SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW) assigned.
There are two Tickets WCV that you can observe if you go to WCV assignments under Administrator -> Business User -> Access rights.
You would have to select SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW instead of SEOD_TICKET_SADL_WCVIEW. We plan to Deprecate the old Tickets WCV in an upcoming release.
