Symptom

Planning area or master data type activation failed by below error.

"transaction rolled back by lock wait timeout: Lock timeout occurs while waiting OBJECT_LOCK of mode EXCLUSIVE"

Or you may face below error:

"Cannot delete table GT_<Planning Area>_PLANDATA. "
