On users learning plan, the list of Assigned ITEMS are not sorting as per the date the course will start.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to User landing page and Click on Sort by date options available in the user learning plan.
This will result in Scheduled offering getting listed at the end of all the assigned ITEM.
As per system default functionality the user learning plan order (Sort by date) is based on the training required date and if most of the time the scheduled offing will be at the last of the learning plan list.
This is expected behavior as Scheduled offering do not come with a required date to users landing page. Meaning they will be sorted at the last in the list of assigned ITEMS to any user.
