- Several users are a member of a SAP Jam Group. This Group has several Sub Groups. Some users see the Sub Group options, others do not.
- Both users are Group Admins. They need to be able to create Sub Groups
NOTE: There is an option in SAP Jam Admin > Product Setup - Features called "Enable users to create their own groups"
User A is a Company Admin. This user sees the option Sub Groups form the Main SAP Jam Group.
User B is not a Company Admin. This user does not see the option Sub Groups from that SAP Jam Group.
1. Enable the option "Enable users to create their own groups"
2. Make User B a Company Admin in your SAP Jam instance.
