An error was identified by Support when trying to register a new mobile device in an instance. The error displayed is
"Mobile Server Timeout- An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify Support if the issue keeps occurring [10-500]".

Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to Bizx
- Go to Options > Mobile > Manage devices
- On the mobile device: generate an activation code
- In Bizx: enter the activation code and the device name
- Click SAVE
- The error is displayed
A solution was found regarding this issue and it was implemented in customer's instances through a patch on February 25th 2017.
The resolution was tested with several customers and the issue could not be replicated.
