Unable to Export Group as Zip - Why?
Resolution
How to resolve:
- It could be that the customer's proxy server has a limit on the the download size. Please check whether the sane file can be downloaded outside the company network. If yes, please check the customer's proxy server setup.
- If the export is interrupted / stops > We have added code to let the browser resume the download It may or may not work because it is likely to be the proxy settings. Under this assumption, the customer may have to manually resume the download at the 100MB, 200MB, 300MB... mark (see screenshot)
In summary: The customer needs to manually resume the downloads if their network proxy interrupts large downloads. As noted, a better solution would be the IT department changing their settings to allow larger downloads so as not to obstruct their employees' work.
