Symptom
The user wanted to report on document deletion dates, however there is no "Deletion Date" column in the Ad hoc report.

Resolution
1. Create a Performance Management Ad hoc Report.
2. In the Columns tab, include the "Last Modified Date" and "Status" field.
3. Generate the report.
If documents are currently in "Deleted" status, their "Last Modified Date" in the ad hoc report is the date that the document has been deleted.
However, if the deleted document has been restored and is no longer in the deleted status, you can no longer capture the deletion date of that document in the ad hoc report.
