2420597 - Unassigned Values (#) Not Shown In Report Filter


You are using the report filter to try and select only the Unassigned values (#) for a particular field. However when you open the value help of the filter, the # values are not listed.

Reproducing the Issue

For this example, let us assume that you are using the report Lean Tickets, and the field Service Category ID.

  1. Open and start the report
  2. Go to Edit Filter
  3. Open the value help for Service Category ID

# is not listed.


The Service Category ID is a field of type ID. For these fields, unfortunately the filter cannot currently show # values.


We are checking if this can be enabled in a future release of the product. In the meantime, you can use filter fields that contain the same information but have a different type, e.g. Service Category instead of Service Category ID. Please note however, that we would recommend to use these fields for the report view (and filter) only - for the report selection, ID fields should be used.
