You are using the C4C Extended App on a mobile device and it gets timed out if idle for an hour.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the C4C Extended app.
- Leave the app idle for an hour or leave it in the background.
- Open the app again.
- Either the app will freeze of it will be timed out.
Default session time out of the backend is 60 mins. So the app will time out in 60 minutes if kept idle.
This is an expected behavior. Default session time out of the backend is 60 mins but it can be changed through 'Auto Logoff' in 'Company Settings' under 'Adapt' for the tenant by the key user upto max 4 hours but this will not work for mobile Apps due to the technical limitation from the respective mobile operating system. This settings will work only in the browser.
Due to technical limitations it is currently not viable to extend the idle time for the C4C Extended App over 60 minutes. In a future release we will have a feature that will automatically log the users off at the 1 hour mark so that they can at least interact with the app when they come back to it from the background.
