2417257 - Enable Job Profile Acknowledgement

Customer wants to enable Job Profile Acknowledgement in their instance

Introduction:

Job Profile Acknowledgement serves as a proof that their employees understand their job descriptions.

These regulations require that these organizations have acknowledged receipt of this information.

Please take note that this applies only to changes of an existing Job Profile that has changes. 

Job Profile Builder

Go to Admin Center > Configure Profile Acknowledgement Settings

From Configure Job Profile Acknowledgement Settings

Select the conditions of your trigger acknowledgment by selecting or all checkboxes:

○ Job profile change

○ Job code change

○ Role and job profile mapping change

Click on Save
