As the attachments can only be imported one at a time, or mass imported via batch upload job, there is no way to replace/delete them individually via Extended User Information Import.
In case there was unwanted attachment data imported to a background portlet, it can be removed in two ways:
- Removing it manually, one at a time. This is the suggested course of action for when only a small amount of unwanted data needs to be removed.
- Backing up all data from that portlet (attachments, and their respective users), deleting all data from the specific background portlet, using a .csv file with only this portlet header. Once all data is deleted, reimport all data through an batch upload. Refer to this KBA for instructions on this step.
