Users are unable to see the entries that are created in People Profile Time Off > Adminsiter Time.
Success Factors - Employe Central - Time Off
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to instance.
2. Go to My Employee File and look at the Time off information for a user in Administer Time.
3. There are a records created for user that are not visible when you try to see it in Administre time .
4. When you go to Manage Data > Employee Time or Import and Export Data > Export Employee Time,the data is visible in Employee Time Object.
Issue is with the "Metadata Cache".
1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Go to OData API Metadata Refresh And Export.
3. Click Refresh Button on Refresh "Metadata Cache".
This is to refresh Employee Time entities.
