My Employees tab is missing when Learning is accesed in Bizx. The affected supervisor has a direct report.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login in to Bizx
2. Click the dropdown beside Home and choose Learning.
3. My Employees tab is missing.
In order to see My employees tab an admin may change the role assigned to the affected user in LMS.
Add the "My Employees" workflows.
Go to System Admin > Security > Role Management > Search Role > Workflows > Edit > Click add one or more from list > Add the 'My Employees' > Click Apply changes.
The My Employees tab will now appear.
