During the approval process of a requisition, if it is cancelled, no email notification is sent to the recruiting users who took part in the approval process.
Reproducing the Issue
In the Approval workflow of a requisition, a recruiting operator cancels the requisition.
We have a standard email trigger in Admin Center -> Recruiting Email Triggers -> Requisition Closed. This email will be triggered when any requisition is closed.
We do not have any email notification trigger for cancelled requisitions.
You need to have a custom token in your email template which would dynamically pull the status value from the field defined on the requisition template. Once the requisition will get cancelled/closed this token will automatically pull the value on the basis of status selected in the requisition.
