An application error occurs when searching for a user to add via Manage Route Maps
Reproducing the Issue
Admin Center>Performance Management>Manage Route Map>Select a Route Map>Select a step> Click on find user>Search any user (System will give you error)
- When using a picklist for a field in the user data file, if the entry in the file does not match an option in the picklist, this error will occur. In the below example, the field Division is mapped to the picklist "DIV" in the Data Model.
- "Division 20", "N/A", and "Eastern" show in the user data file under Division.
- These, however, are not options within the picklist.
This can be resolved by adding the new options into the picklist. In this example, you can add " Division 20", "N/A", and "Eastern" as valid options in the picklist.
