How to use Business Rules to calculate FTE

In case you wish to use a Business Rule to calculate FTE. You can create an onChange rule that is then assigned to the Job Info field "Standard Weekly Hours" (field-id = standard-hours).

The rule itself uses the pre-delivered rule function "Calculate FTE based on Standard Hours()". The below example will only query the Standard Hours on the Legal Entity object, but as per the rule function you can configure to query the Position, Location and/or Job Classification for the default value too.
