The Facet Service and Repair is Mssing in Tickets.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service work center.
- Select the Tickets view.
- Open any Ticket.
- The Service and Repair facet will not appear.
There is a missing configuration in the scope of the system.
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Select the Implementations Projects view.
- Select the Project and choose Edit Project Scope button.
- Go to the Scoping.
- Expand the option Service.
- Mark the box Service and Repair.
