The Opportunity Search Doesn’t work Searching by Custom Status.
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Sales work center.
Go to Opportunities View
- Click in View all
- Search for a value xx as displayed in the custom Status column.
You will see the search doesn't return results.
This is standard behavior. Custom status is not supported in basic search of opportunities, please use the advanced search on this status field to get the expect results.
