When using IE11, the screen will be blank at the second time a user opens the Question Edit Tool in LMS.
Reproducing the Issue
1/ Open IE 11 > Login LMS
2/ Go to Contents > Questions > Search any questions > Click the Edit icon
3/ The question displayed correctly at the first time you opened it.
4/ Leave the question page and nativgate to any page
5/ Open the question in Step 2 again
6/ See a blank screen in Question Edit Tool
Question Edit Tool is relatively old function in LMS which caused the compatibility limitation with IE browser.
1. Click the settings menu on IE browser (gear icon on the far right in the menu bar) and click "Compatibility View Settings"
2. Add the site by clicking add.
3. Hit f12 or select "F12 Developer Tools" from the settings menu
4. On the emulation tab select "7" under Document Mode.
5. Login LMS and open Question Edit Tool
