When Enable Cancellation Reason is set to Yes within a Scheduled Offering, users will have to enter a Cancellation reason to cancel a registration.
How can a LMS admin user or a supervisor check the cancellation reason?

- For an administrator to view the cancellation reason they will first need to open the Scheduled Offering record.
- Ensure that the Non-enrolled status is selected as 'Canceled'
- Now click any user which is displayed and the dialog box will appear. Within here it will display the cancellation reason
Note that for a supervisor, currently the system doesn't support supervisors to view user's cancellation reason.
