Resolution

To know what locales are available in your particualr locale:

Login to LMS admin and navigate to References --> Geography --> Locales --> Add New--> Here the list of locales available will be displayed.

The complete list of locales available are listed below. Please note that not all may be available, specifically English Debug, for your particular instance.
