Item completed by admin thru Record Learning - Financial is not moving Item from Learning Plan, showing in both Items Completed and Assigned Items in admin side

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Users > Tools > Record Learning Financial > Search and select for the Item > Click Next.
Go to Default Completion Status Field > Select Completion Status which says "Not for Credit" > Input all other required fields - Completion Date, Time , Timezone, Currency ID > Click Next.
Search User > Click Add > Click Next
Select Completion Status "Not for Credit" > Click Next > Click Finish
Go to User profile in admin side > Under Related section > in Items completed and Assigned Items you will be seeing the recorded Item.
The completion status provided to user while recording the item does not have "Credit Given "option checked. (Which basically means failure status) and for failure status, the item will not be moved from Learning plan.
Navigate to References >> Learning>> Completion Status >> Search for LOA-Follow Up Needed ( select Provide credit option as NO) >> edit >> Check Credit Given option >> click apply changes
Once the above setting is in place , going forward all user will get completion and item will move from Learning plan to learning history.
