Unable to set Custom Status for Opportunities
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Opportunities Work Center
- Click in the Cog Icon
- The option Set Custom Status is not appearing
Custom Status can be maintained in the Opportunities Activity within the Business Configuration.
- Go to Business Configuration.
- Go to the Activities.
- Go to fine tuning and search for Opportunity.
- Select the activity Opportunity.
- Select Custom status.
- From here you can define your Custom Status.
- Once you do this the option, it should become available.
